Mindfulness & Resilience Workshops

A carousel of activities designed to deliver top tips and strategies for children (and their parents/guardians) enhancing wellbeing, achieving positive mental health, and restoring calm, collected living amidst our often somewhat frenetic modern lifestyles. 


Local teacher, Bridget Watts, will entertain and educate children and parents with a workshop promoting well-being and resilience. “Hands-on “activities will cover mindfulness, positive thinking, meditation and more...  Join in the fun: from pillow hugging to artwork, from musical meditation to chocolate munching (mindfully!)! Activities and advice galore to help promote children’s calm and collected living.
