FESTIVAL TERMS & cONDITIONS
SITE OPENING TIMES
The VERVE Festival site will be open as follows:
Saturday 7th September: 10:00-23:00 for Saturday Ticket Holders and Weekend Ticket Holders
Saturday 7th September: 18:00-23:00 for Saturday Evening Ticket Holders
Sunday 8th September: 10:00-18:00 for Sunday Ticket Holders and Weekend Ticket Holders
Please note: Opening times and running orders are subject to change without warning, all changes will be published in locations onsite and posted online.
Main Gate: The main gate will be locked between 23:00 & 08:00 daily. Access onto the festival site will strictly limited during these hours and can has to be arranged directly with the VERVE Festival team and security on-site.
GETTING TO US
Our address is ‘Manor Farm’, The Hollow, Ebbesbourne Wake, Wiltshire SP5 5JH. Parking on site is included in the cost of your ticket which must be presented upon entry. Please follow designated signage to the parking areas. No camper vans, caravans etc please.
Closest train stations: Salisbury (9 miles) and Tisbury (4 miles)
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
Your ticket price includes entry into VERVE, parking, all classes, entry to the speaker tent, the outdoor cinema and DJ on Saturday night. Food, drink, treatments and anything you wish to buy from the VERVE Boutique are extra.
WHAT TO BRING
- Your yoga or Pilates mat if you have one
- A water bottle – bring your re-usable bottle to the festival as we are trying to discourage the use of disposable plastic bottles.
- Sports clothes to change into throughout the day if required.
- The good old English summertime cannot be relied upon, so please bring a brolly and layers in case the evening gets chilly.
All class times will be displayed at www.feeltheverve.com a month before the festival.
We will launch an online booking platform in 2019 where you can book and pay for treatments in advance.
HOW CAN I PAY ON THE DAY?
We will have credit card machines, but the wifi in our village can be rather patchy. Please bring cash for food, drink and the boutique.
Strictly no sale of alcohol to under 18’s. If you are lucky enough to look younger please bring ID.
There is no smoking at Manor Farm, aside from designated areas. We respectfully ask you to adhere to this rule, to minimise damage to the land.
We operate a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs and legal highs. Anyone found to be in possession or under the influence of drugs will be asked to leave.
Strictly through pre-bought tickets via www.feeltheverve.com or official ticketing partners. We will be unable to grant entry without a ticket.
Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of VERVE Festival Limited.
CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
Children under 15 may attend for free with a valid entry ticket available via www.feeltheverve.com or official ticketing partners. They must accompanied by an adult who holds a valid ticket.
A family ticket means 2 adults and 2 children.
No unaccompanied under 15s are allowed on site.
If you are unable to prove that you are 15 or over and you aren’t accompanied by a ticket holding adult, you will be refused entry.
Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 15 but doesn't have an adult ticket.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.
Don't take any chances - bring proof of age.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
- Please don’t bring any of your own food and drink to VERVE (except baby food/milk). You may have your bag searched upon arrival, and will be asked to leave anything not bought at the festival.
- Disposable BBQ’s, fire pits, pyrotechnics.
- Weapons of any kind.
- Illegal drugs and Legal Highs
- You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrances. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities onsite may be searched.
- As Manor Farm is a working farm, dogs are not permitted on the festival site.
- The use of Drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the event without written permission from VERVE Festival Ltd.
- Fires are not permitted in or around the festival site.
Please note: VERVE Festival staff and volunteers or personnel appointed by VERVE Festival can refuse entry at their discretion and ask anyone found to possess the above items to leave the site.
VERVE Festival Ltd has a zero tolerance policy regarding physical or verbal abuse towards its staff, volunteers or nominated personnel. Anyone found to be acting in this manner will be asked to leave the festival site.
Our aim is that the entire festival will be accessible by wheelchair, although the ground can be quite bumpy! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with specific questions regarding access requirements.
We will have complimentary water stations throughout the festival site.
VERVE Festival Ltd is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at this event – other than caused as a result of our negligence.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Tickets are not transferable and only valid when purchased from www.feeltheverve.com or official ticketing partners.
Lost & Stolen tickets will not be replaced – this also applies to tickets which have been left at home, lost or mis-delivered, or lost at any point prior to arrival at the ticket scan point.
Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by VERVE Festival Ltd. Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase, no later than 3 months after the event.
